  • 1. GENERAL
    1. Open an account
      • Upon opening a gambling account on the Wildtornado.casino portal, the Customer must agree to and abide by these Rules (the "Rules"). By registering, both the Customer and Kingswin Online OÜ (KWO) enter into an agreement for the provision of the Service on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
      • In order to start playing, the Customer must open an account by entering his/her e-mail address and password and confirm that his/her age is as set by law, while accepting the Rules and Terms of Use.
      • Only persons aged 21 and over are allowed to participate in gambling offered by KWO. In other jurisdictions where permitted by law, persons 18 years of age and older may participate. If the account holder is found to be underage, all bets and winnings will be cancelled and any funds paid in will be refunded less all reasonable expenses. The account will then be suspended.
      • Customers are required to provide accurate and complete personal information when registering on the Website.
      • Creating multiple accounts on wildtornado.casino is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have created multiple accounts, all linked accounts will be suspended immediately.
      • Each account is personal. It can only be accessed and used by the person who registered it. wildtornado.casino is not responsible for any unauthorised access or misuse by third parties. Customers must keep their login details confidential. In the event of a breach of security, the Customer must notify KWO immediately.
      • Multiple account holders from the same household or family are not allowed to bet on identical outcomes or use them together to circumvent the Rules or exceed the betting limits.
      • KWO reserves the right to withdraw bets if there is evidence of collusion or group betting.
      • Clients are not allowed to place bets on behalf of others or to use other people's accounts. KWO may cancel such bets.
      • Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their personal and contact details. KWO may ask for additional information to verify identity, if necessary.
      • When registering, Customers can choose whether they wish to receive promotional letters from KWO about brands operated by KWO and its partners. They can opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time by changing their account settings on the Website, clicking on the opt-out link in the promotional email or by contacting us at the following address [email protected]
      • Notices sent by the customer to an e-mail or regular mail address will be deemed to be delivered immediately upon sending.
    2. Financial and regional regulations
      • Clients are responsible for any taxes or fees related to their winnings.
    3. Identification
      • By registering, the Customer agrees to the third party's identity verification procedures to verify, in accordance with data protection law, the identity and other details.
      • To verify your identity, you need to upload a scanned copy of a valid ID card and take a selfie in real time.
      • Upon successful identification, a confirmation email will be sent to the Customer, after which they can play for real money.
      • If identification fails or is refused, the KWO may suspend the account. Contributions previously made will be refunded, after deduction of transaction fees.
    4. Liability and Fair Play Rules
      • KWO offers its services on an "as is" basis without any guarantees. KWO's liability for losses due to unforeseen circumstances is limited to the average account balance over the previous six months.
      • Bets may be cancelled in the event of obvious errors, technical problems or discrepancies in odds or payout tables. Game failures may result in cancelled bets and funds received from such failures may be forfeited.
      • KWO shall not be liable for any losses resulting from external factors beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, internet outages or governmental action. In the event of such force majeure events, KWO may temporarily suspend or terminate its services without prior notice.
      • Customers who engage in fraud, collusion or any violation of the Rules may face account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and possible legal action.
    5. Privacy & Intellectual Property Rights
      • KWO respects the privacy of its customers and complies with data protection laws. All data is encrypted to prevent unauthorised access. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.
      • If the Customer wins a substantial amount, the Customer agrees to participate in a promotional event organised by KWO. While personal data is protected, KWO reserves the right to use first names and surname initials in promotional communications.
      • The intellectual property rights in the content of wildtornado.casino are owned by KWO or its licensors. These intellectual property rights do not extend to customers.
    6. Passive Accounts
      • Accounts that have not been used within 12 months are considered "inactive". In order to ensure the integrity and security of the platform, KWO may transfer funds from such inactive accounts.
      • If Customers continue to use their dormant account at a later date, they can request to restore their positive balance by contacting wildtornado.casino Customer Support.
  • 2. PAYMENTS
    1. General Payment Terms & Conditions and Rules
      • Customers will be able to manage their deposits and withdrawals through their wildtornado.casino wallet. A full list of all available payment methods, together with their associated details, can be found on the Payment Information page of our Website.
      • KWO reserves the right to set the exchange rate between EUR and other currencies as a reference for payment limits, bonus terms, marketing materials and other content on the Website.
      • All payments must be made only by means of financial instruments registered in the name of the Customer (credit card, bank account, e-wallet, cryptocurrency wallet).
      • Direct transfers between different wildtornado.casino accounts are prohibited.
      • All winnings will be credited to the Customer's wildtornado.casino account.
      • Betting using credit is prohibited. In the event that funds are erroneously credited to the Customer's account, wildtornado.casino reserves the right to reverse the transaction. In the event that the balance becomes negative after the correction, the Customer shall immediately repay the amount erroneously credited.
      • Wildtornado.casino reserves the right to limit the number of free transactions during a certain period.
      • Credit and financial institutions may charge fees for transactions. Clients are independently responsible for complying with these conditions.
      • KWO carries out thorough checks on all transactions to prevent money laundering. The KWO may suspend accounts and withhold funds under the Money Laundering Prevention Act. Disbursements of unused funds may be subject to additional controls. For more information, please see our Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
    2. Contributions
      • You can deposit money into your wildtornado.casino wallet by credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, prepaid card or cryptocurrency.
      • The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR / 20 USD / 200 NOK / 30 AUD / 30 CAD / 30 NZD / 410 ZAR / 20 CHF or its equivalent in other currencies.
    3. Payments
      • Withdrawals are processed using the same tool as the initial deposit.
      • Wildtornado.casino may impose restrictions on payouts depending on the payment method. Details can be found on the Payment Information page of the Website.
      • The minimum payout amount is 20 EUR / 20 USD / 200 NOK / 30 AUD / 30 CAD / 30 NZD / 410 ZAR / 20 CHF. If the Client chooses to withdraw funds without meeting the minimum withdrawal requirement, the corresponding payment system transfer fee will be deducted.
      • KWO reserves the right to set a monthly payout limit 15 000 EUR / 15 000 USD / 150 000 NOK / 30 000 AUD / 30 000 CAD / 30 000 NZD / 300 000 ZAR / 15 000 CHF. KWO may, at its discretion, increase this limit for certain Customers.
      • KWO's services are provided for strictly recreational purposes. If it is suspected that the Customer is abusing KWO's services, KWO reserves the right to impose a minimum x1 play-through requirement on the amount deposited. If the Client decides to withdraw funds from the account without meeting the deposit play-through requirement, the corresponding payment system transfer fee will be deducted.
      • All withdrawal requests are subject to our security checks. From time to time, this may cause small delays.
      • In order to avoid delays, Customers should use the same method for withdrawals as they used for deposits and make sure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
      • For credit card payments, photos of both sides of the card are required (only the first 6 and the last 4 digits are visible, with hidden CVV code).
  • 3. ADDITIONAL CONTROL MEASURES

    4. Payment Account Owner Verification


      The following documents are accepted as proof of ownership of a payment account:

      • A bank or credit card statement showing personal details.
      • Photographs of both sides of the credit card, showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits and the hidden CVV code.
      • A screenshot of an e-wallet or cryptocurrency wallet showing the identity of the person.
    5. Additional Check


      In situations where there are unusual or suspicious patterns in the account holder's activities, we may request additional documentation or information to verify the legitimacy of the Customer's activities. This is to ensure the security of our platform, to protect Clients and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Please read our Anti-Money Laundering Policy for more information.

    6. Consequences of non-compliance


      If the Customer fails to provide the required documentation within 30 days of receiving notification from wildtornado.casino, KWO reserves the right to void all winnings, refund the deposit (minus applicable fees) and suspend the account.

  • 4. BOONUSED
    1. General Bonus Terms & Conditions and Rules
      • KWO occasionally offers bonuses related to its services. All offers made to the Customer are personal and intended solely for the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
      • Bonuses are limited per account, per household, per IP address and per shared computer space (e.g. office, library, university).
      • The minimum deposit required to qualify for the bonus is. 20 EUR / 20 USD / 200 NOK / 30 AUD / 30 CAD / 30 NZD / 410 ZAR / 20 CHF, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of a specific bonus.
      • Bonus money and related winnings are not payable until all the relevant bonus conditions have been met.
      • All bonus money and associated winnings must be played through a set number of times. The wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the respective bonus.
      • The play-through requirement for bonus money and related winnings must be met within 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the bonus.
      • Customers will be able to remove the bonus before meeting the play-through requirements. Removing the bonus will cancel the bonus money and any winnings associated with the bonus.
      • Funds received in relation to an active bonus for which the bonus requirements have not been met are not payable. In order to request payment of the amount of the deposit, Customers must first remove the active bonus.
      • During the play-through period of the bonus, the maximum wagering limit for Customers is 20 EUR / 20 USD / 200 NOK / 40 AUD / 40 CAD / 40 NZD / 400 ZAR / 20 CHF per game round or bet. Exceeding this limit may result in the withdrawal of the bonus and associated winnings.
      • Different games wager different percentages to meet the play-through requirements. Breakdown of stakes for games:
        • Slot machines: wagering 100% to meet playthrough requirements
        • Video Poker: bets 10% to meet breakthrough requirements
        • Table games: bet 10% to meet playthrough requirements
      • Some games, such as games with progressive jackpots or games with accumulative bonuses, are excluded from the bonus play-through or wager at reduced rates. Customers will be informed in-game if that particular game cannot be played using bonus money.
      • Bonuses expire after a specified number of days from the date of receipt, as detailed in the relevant bonus terms and conditions. The bonus money and any associated winnings will be removed once the bonus expiry date has arrived and the bonus conditions have not been met.
      • No bonuses will be paid out on suspended wildtornado.casino accounts.
      • If the terms or rules of the bonus are breached or there is evidence of a series of bets by the Customer or a group with the aim of profiting from bonuses, free spins or other offers, KWO may withdraw the bonus.
    2. No deposit bonuses
      • No deposit bonuses are only available to residents of Estonia.
      • Customers using one-time email addresses do not qualify for no deposit bonuses.
      • The maximum payout from a free bonus or free spins awarded without a deposit is 50 EUR / 50 USD / 500 NOK / 50 AUD / 50 CAD / 50 NZD / 1000 ZAR / 50 CHF. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be taken into account. This limit will remain in force even after the play-through requirement has been met, to ensure that the maximum withdrawal amount associated with this no deposit bonus remains 50 EUR / 50 USD / 500 NOK / 50 AUD / 50 CAD / 50 NZD / 1000 ZAR / 50 CHF.

      • Changes to the time limit will only take effect after the initial application has been approved.
    9. "Take Time Off" Period
      • Customers can choose up to a 6-month "take time off" period, during which they cannot make any deposits or play with real money.
      • The extension of the period or the introduction of a new "take time off" period will take effect immediately.
      • In order to cancel or shorten the "Take Time Off" period, Customers must confirm their request at least 7 days after it is made.
      • Changes to the "Take time off" period will only come into force once the initial request has been approved.
    10. Account Freezing
      • Customers can freeze their account, preventing access to their account for up to a year.
      • The introduction of a new freezing period will take effect immediately.
      • In order to cancel a freeze period, Customers must contact wildtornado.casino Customer Support and confirm their decision between 7 and 14 days after the initial request.
      • Changes to the freezing period will only take effect after the initial application has been approved.
    11. Gambling Restriction via HAMPI
      • Estonian residents can also apply for a gambling restriction through the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA).
      • Persons on the EMTA Gambling Restricted List (HAMPI) will not be able to access KWO services until the end of the restriction period.
      • Non-Estonians are not able to set their own restrictions through HAMPI and must use the responsible gaming features available on the wildtornado.casino Website to set their own restrictions.
    12. Limitations Inaccuracies

  • 6. INTERPRETATION OF RULES AND AMENDMENTS

    6. KWO reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules for various reasons, including, but not limited to, for legal compliance, clarification or fraud prevention. Any modifications will be communicated via the Website, giving Customers a reasonable period of time (at least two weeks) to terminate the Agreement if they do not accept the modifications. Failure to terminate the contract within this period will constitute acceptance of the changes.

    7. Validity of the rules

  • 7. RESOLVING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

      • If the complexity of the complaint or other significant factors prevent the complaint from being resolved, the Customer will be informed of the reasons for the delay and given a new expected resolution date.
    6. Escalation of pending complaints

    7. If the solution offered by KWO is not satisfactory to the Customer, the Customer has the possibility to escalate the complaint to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority or the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.
